FingerTango Inc. has restructured its board with two key changes effective 2 October 2026.
First, Jiang Huihui, aged 42, is re-designated from Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) to Executive Director. To facilitate his expanded managerial role, Jiang has entered into a new three-year service contract, entitling him to annual remuneration of HK$240,000, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election under the company’s articles. Concurrently, he steps down as chairman of the Remuneration Committee and relinquishes membership in both the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Second, Zhang Shengbin, aged 41, is appointed as an INED and assumes the positions of chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. Zhang’s three-year appointment carries a director’s fee of HK$200,000 per annum. He meets all independence criteria stipulated in Rule 3.13 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and reports no shareholding in the company or related entities.
Following these changes, FingerTango’s board now comprises three Executive Directors—Dr. Chan Man Fung, Li Nini, and Jiang Huihui—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Yip Chong Ho Eric, Shin Ho Chuen, and Zhang Shengbin.
