Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. released a profit warning indicating an anticipated net loss of no more than RMB9.50 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The projected deficit marks a modest improvement from the RMB10.10 billion net loss reported in the first half of 2025, representing a 5.94% year-on-year reduction.

The net loss attributable to shareholders is likewise expected to narrow to within RMB9.50 billion, versus RMB10.00 billion a year earlier—a 5.00% improvement. Management attributes the slimmer loss primarily to a decline in impairment provisions for property projects during the period.

Figures are derived from the Group’s unaudited management accounts and remain subject to review by external auditors and the board’s audit committee. Kaisa plans to release its full interim results on 31 August 2026.

The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities pending the finalised results.
