Tesson Holdings Limited has announced that its head office and principal place of business in Hong Kong will relocate to Units 09-10, 20th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai. The move will take effect on 10 August 2026.

All other corporate contact details—including website, email, telephone and facsimile numbers—remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for stakeholders.

The relocation decision was disclosed by Chairman Wei Mingren on behalf of the Board, which currently comprises seven executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
