Operational performance: Shimao Group (00813) reported cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 9.721 billion in the first eight months. SEAZEN (01030) recorded cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 8.107 billion in the first eight months, down 40.24% year-on-year. R&F Properties (02777) posted total sales revenue of approximately RMB 8.85 billion in the first eight months, a 5.85% decrease year-on-year. Zhongliang Holdings (02772) saw cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 4.29 billion in the first eight months, down 48.25% year-on-year. CGN New Energy (01811) generated 1,776.3 GWh of electricity in August, up 15.1% year-on-year. Ching Lee Holdings (01023) issued a profit warning, expecting its annual loss attributable to shareholders to narrow to approximately HK$110 million to HK$130 million.
