Bulletin Express
Aug 11

Goldstone Capital Group Limited (abbreviated as GOLDSTONE CAP) has postponed its annual general meeting originally slated for 13 August 2026. The meeting will now be reconvened on 28 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the same venue: Units 1203B, 1204–1205, 12/F, World-Wide House, 19 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.

The deferral allows additional time for management to evaluate potential changes to the board’s composition and to address issues raised in a letter from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited dated 17 July 2026.

Proxy forms circulated with the initial AGM notice remain valid for the adjourned session. Shareholders who have not yet submitted a proxy must do so no later than 48 hours before the new meeting time. Any subsequently lodged proxy will supersede a previously submitted form.

As of 11 August 2026, the board consists of one executive director, Mr. Chan Cheong Yee; five non-executive directors, including Chairman Mr. Jin Qingjun; and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Hung Hoi Ming Raymond, Ms. Wan Yuk Ling and Ms. Xiao Ruimei.
