HARBIN BANK (06138) made significant strides in its inclusive finance business during the first half of 2026, leveraging digital transformation to enhance service efficiency and provide targeted support to small and micro enterprises.

Within the reporting period, the group's next-generation retail credit digital product, "Qian Dao Jia," gained substantial market recognition within just one year of launch, owing to its convenient and efficient application process. The bank deepened its implementation of the small and micro enterprise financing coordination mechanism, intensifying its thousand-enterprise and ten-thousand-household outreach marketing efforts. To date, it has extended cumulative credit to 2,150 listed clients, amounting to 6.454 billion yuan.

Data reveals that the balance of small enterprise corporate loans reached 125.425 billion yuan, marking an increase of 5.927 billion yuan from the beginning of the year, a growth rate of 5.0%. The enhancement of inclusive finance not only fulfills social responsibility but also broadens business growth drivers, injecting fresh momentum into sustained performance expansion.
