Transcenta Holding Limited (TRANSCENTA-B) has released both English and Chinese versions of its circular and notice for the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled on 9 September 2026. The documents can now be accessed on the company’s website (www.transcenta.com) and on HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS participants—to review the online versions for quicker access. Investors who experience difficulties retrieving the electronic files, or who prefer hard copies, may submit the enclosed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 6628-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Non-registered holders wishing to switch to electronic delivery of future corporate communications should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email is recorded, only physical notices of publication will be mailed.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. The notification was issued on 25 August 2026 and signed by Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Xueming Qian on behalf of the board.
