KB Laminates Reports No Change in Share Capital for September 2026

On 2 October 2026, Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited (KB Laminates) released its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable capital structure with no share issuance, repurchase, or treasury share movements during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion in aggregate.

Issued share capital also held steady at 3.15 billion ordinary shares, and the firm continued to hold zero treasury shares. KB Laminates declared full compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 September 2026.

Under its existing share option schemes, 36.40 million options at an exercise price of HKD 9.728 (granted 23 June 2022) and 4.95 million options at HKD 7.80 (granted 28 July 2023) remained outstanding. No options were exercised during the month, leaving up to 196.30 million shares available for potential future issuance under the schemes.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and confirmed that all regulatory and listing rule requirements were met.

With both authorised and issued share counts unchanged, KB Laminates enters the final quarter of 2026 maintaining an issued share base of 3.15 billion shares and total authorised capital of HKD 2.00 billion.
