Momentum Financial Holdings Limited has made its 2025 Annual Report available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.1152.com.hk) and on HKEX’s news website (www.hkexnews.hk). The notice, dated 30 April 2026, applies to non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS.

Non-registered shareholders may request free printed copies of any corporate communications—including the annual report, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—by writing to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F., Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1152-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without an email address on file at HKSCC Nominees, electronic notifications cannot be delivered.
