Ta Yang: Memorandum of Understanding Expires, Potential Investment Terminated

Ta Yang Group Holdings Limited announced that the non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) disclosed on 3 November 2025 has lapsed after the parties failed to conclude a formal agreement within the agreed three-month period. Consequently, the contemplated investment under the MOU, originally scheduled for completion by 3 February 2026, will not proceed.
The Board stated that the lapse of the MOU will not have a material adverse impact on the Group’s current business operations or financial position.
As of 26 June 2026, the Board of Ta Yang consists of two executive directors, four non-executive directors and two independent non-executive directors.
