Momentum Financial Holdings Limited (Momentum Financial) disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Duofeng Network Technology Co., Ltd., executed a 36-month Cooperation Framework Agreement with JD Technology Information Technology Co., Ltd. (JD Technology) on 24 June 2026.

The agreement outlines three intended collaboration areas: 1. Joint construction of large-scale model platforms. 2. Development of artificial-intelligence agent application scenarios. 3. Provision and expansion of token supply channels.

Momentum Financial will contribute industry-chain and channel resources, while JD Technology will provide intelligent-computing expertise and its JoyAgent token platform. Any specific projects arising from this framework will require separate binding contracts; none have been signed to date.

The Board of Momentum Financial views JD Technology’s recent move into token sales—alongside its existing capabilities in artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and IoT—as an opportunity to accelerate Momentum Financial’s token-sales ambitions and enhance shareholder value.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised that cooperation under the framework may not materialise and should exercise caution when dealing in Momentum Financial’s shares.

The partnership parties are independent, and JD Technology, a subsidiary of JD Group, focuses on delivering full-value-chain technology solutions to enterprises, financial institutions and government bodies.
