Hong Kong – 02 October 2026 – SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited (abbreviated “SmarTone”) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital stayed at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. • Issued share capital was unchanged at 1,100.95 million ordinary shares. • The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issuances.

Public Float Compliance • SmarTone affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of 30 September 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • The 2021 Share Option Scheme maintained 4.00 million outstanding options at an exercise price of HKD 4.964. • No options were exercised, and no shares were issued or transferred from treasury. • The scheme still allows for up to 105.90 million ordinary shares to be granted in the future.
