Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited disclosed that on 30 September 2026 it bought back 1.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.70 per share, spending a total of HKD 1.70 million.
The buy-back represented 0.051 % of Edding Genor’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of 29 September 2026. Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding fell to 1.97 billion, while treasury shares increased to 41.18 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 2.01 billion.
The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 199.07 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Edding Genor has now repurchased 17.89 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.90 % of the issued share base at the mandate date.
Per Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 October 2026.
