Hong Kong, 13 July 2026—GR Life Style Company Limited disclosed an updated line-up of its board of directors, confirming a nine-member structure with five executive directors and three independent non-executive directors (INEDs).

The executive slate comprises Wei Chunxian, Wei Laier, Sun Zhongmin, Chen Henan and Liu Bingyang. Independent oversight is provided by INEDs Tung Woon Cheung Eric, To Tsz Wan Vivien and Huang Yining.

Committee assignments were also finalised. Tung Woon Cheung Eric chairs the Audit Committee and serves as a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, underscoring his central role in governance and remuneration oversight. Wei Chunxian assumes chairmanship of the Nomination Committee, while To Tsz Wan Vivien leads the Remuneration Committee and sits on the Audit and Nomination panels. Huang Yining joins all three committees as a member, reinforcing independent representation across key governance functions.
