E&P Global postpones circular on debt-capitalisation share issue; new dispatch deadline set for 31 July 2026

E&P Global Holdings Limited announced a delay in sending out its shareholder circular related to the planned issue of new shares under a specific mandate for debt capitalisation (the “Second Subscription”).

The company had previously targeted 20 July 2026 for dispatch. According to the latest filing, additional time is required to finalise information, moving the expected dispatch date to on or before 31 July 2026.

The forthcoming circular will include detailed terms of the Second Subscription and notice of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) where shareholders will vote on the proposal.

Board composition remains unchanged: executive directors Mr. Im Jonghak, Mr. Liu Wai Shing Peter and Ms. Sun Meng, alongside independent non-executive directors Ms. Chen Dai, Mr. Kim Sung Rae and Mr. Wong Wei Hua Derek.
