Shimao Group Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance in September 2026 Filing

Shimao Group Holdings Limited, a Cayman-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers covering the period to 30 September 2026. The submission, dated 2 October 2026, indicates no changes in the company’s share capital structure during the month.

Shimao’s authorised share capital remained at 25.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 2.50 billion. Issued share capital was unchanged at 10.39 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

The group confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 30 September 2026.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were issued or outstanding, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, redemptions, or other equity movements during the month.
