Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited (Shanghai Growth) released two circulars dated 4 May 2026—one for the upcoming Annual General Meeting and another for an Extraordinary General Meeting—together with the relevant proxy forms.

Both the English and Chinese versions have been uploaded to the company’s website (http://shanghaigrowth.etnet.com.hk) and to HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive physical mailings will find printed copies enclosed with the notification letter.

Shareholders preferring hard copies, or those who experience difficulties accessing the online documents, may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email the request to is-ecom@vistra.com.
