E&P Global boosts issued share base by 3.6% via HK$0.11-per-share placement

E&P Global Holdings Limited (01142) reported that it has issued 454.55 million new ordinary shares on 13 July 2026 under its existing general mandate, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The new shares were allotted at HK$0.11 each, adding approximately HK$50.00 million in gross proceeds. The issuance represents a 3.6% expansion of the company’s share capital, raising the number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) from 12.64 billion to 13.09 billion.

The transaction was executed pursuant to a Subscription Agreement dated 27 June 2026, supplemented on 6 July 2026, as previously announced by the company. No treasury-share movements, share repurchases, or cancellations were recorded during the period.

The company secretary, Wong Ngar Lai, confirmed that the share issue complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
