Xinyi Solar Cuts Outstanding Shares by 14.00 Million in September 2026 Repurchase; Public Float Remains Adequate

Xinyi Solar Holdings Limited (HKEX: 00968) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing a reduction in issued share capital and updated equity incentive statistics.

The company cancelled 14.00 million ordinary shares on 30 September 2026 under its previously approved repurchase mandate, bringing total issued shares to 9.13 billion, down 0.15% from the prior month. No shares are held in treasury following the cancellation.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 80.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equating to HKD 8.00 billion.

Public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as at month-end, according to the company’s confirmation.

Option activity saw 1.20 million options cancelled during the month across four share option schemes, leaving 61.17 million options outstanding. No options were exercised, and the company raised no funds from option conversions.

Xinyi Solar reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements during the reporting period.
