Wan Kei Group Reports Stable Capital Structure and Maintains Public Float in September 2026

Wan Kei Group Holdings Limited filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable share structure and continued compliance with listing requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No adjustments to authorised or registered capital were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was likewise steady. The number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 304.12 million, identical to the previous month. Wan Kei held no treasury shares, and there were no share issuances, cancellations, repurchases, or redemptions in September.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were granted, exercised, or outstanding. The company also reported no Hong Kong Depositary Receipt activity.

Wan Kei confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as at 30 September 2026.

The filing, dated 5 October 2026, was submitted by Company Secretary Ms Wong Kit Ying, certifying adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.
