Last month, the listed company formerly known as "Guorui Life" was officially renamed SR Medical, marking its full-scale transformation into an AI-driven, full-lifecycle health service platform.

In March of this year, Guorui Life completed the initial payment and delivery for its acquisition of Chunyu Doctor, with the platform consolidated into the group's financial statements from that date onward. Within just six months, the company, previously focused on traditional property management and asset operations, executed a cross-sector acquisition—bringing an internet healthcare platform with over 700,000 doctors and nearly 200 million users under its umbrella—and repositioned itself as a medical technology firm, clearly outlining its strategic direction toward an AI-powered digital healthcare services platform.

Since its founding in 2011, Chunyu Doctor has amassed nearly 200 million registered users, more than 700,000 contracted physicians, and roughly 300 million health records, while securing rare core licenses such as the Medical Institution Practice License. Since the acquisition was completed, Chunyu Doctor's core capabilities have begun expanding into offline scenarios, shifting from "online consultations" to "nearby services." Concurrently, the Guorui Group will deeply integrate its subordinate industrial technology and asset management segments, extending Chunyu Doctor's digital medical services to a wider range of properties, communities, and cities.
