The company’s authorised share capital remains at 10.00 million Hong Kong dollars, represented by 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each. Issued shares stood unchanged at 7.26 billion, and Seazen reported holding zero treasury shares as of month-end.
Seazen also certified that it continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, ensuring adequate market liquidity.
The filing showed no outstanding or newly granted share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments. There were likewise no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts or other capital movements disclosed.
The return was authorised and submitted by Joint Company Secretary Ms. Zhang Wanling, who affirmed compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
