For the month ended 31 July 2026, Top Standard Corporation (Top Standard) reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 August 2026.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 400.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 40.00 million. • No increases or cancellations were recorded during the period.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 238.88 million. • The company held zero treasury shares, leaving total issued share count likewise at 238.88 million. • No share repurchases, cancellations, new issues, conversions, option exercises, or warrant activities were reported for the month.
