MOMENTUM FIN (HKEX: 01152) has announced the appointment of Mr. Cao Wenbo, the company's Executive Director, Authorized Representative, and Chief Executive Officer, as the Chairman of the Board, effective July 1, 2026.

Mr. Chen Yifan will retire at the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the company's articles of association. As the resolution for Mr. Chen's re-election was not passed by shareholders at the AGM, he will retire as an Independent Non-executive Director upon the conclusion of the meeting.

Following his retirement from the role of Independent Non-executive Director, Mr. Chen will also cease to serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee, effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2026.

The Board further announced the appointment of Mr. Ye Fei as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, also effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2026.
