On 8 October 2026, Dongyue Group Limited (HKEX: 00189) issued a supplemental announcement to its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, providing additional disclosure on its continuing connected transactions with Dongyue Hydrogen.

The Group confirmed that Dongyue Hydrogen, a joint-stock company incorporated in the PRC, qualifies as a connected person under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Executive Director and Chairman Mr. Zhang Jianhong indirectly controls approximately 35.50 % of Dongyue Hydrogen’s equity through entities under his control, rendering the hydrogen business an associate of both Mr. Zhang and the listed company.

This clarification satisfies Rule 14A.71(2) disclosure requirements and complements existing information already contained in the FY 2025 Annual Report. All other details in the original report remain unchanged.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Zhang Jianhong, Mr. Wang Weidong, Mr. Zhang Zhefeng and Ms. Chung Tak Lai—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Ting Leung Huel, Stephen, Mr. Yang Xiaoyong and Mr. Ma Zhizhong.
