Neutech Group Limited (NEUTECH) announced that its consolidated affiliated entity, Neusoft Institute Guangdong (“Guangdong University”), has signed a supplementary agreement with Dalian Huayu Construction Group Co., Ltd. (“Huayu Construction”) to finalise the pricing of the Neutech International Conference Center Block D and E project.

The original construction contract, disclosed on 19 November 2025, set a tentative consideration of RMB98.00 million (tax inclusive) and indicated that the final amount would not exceed RMB107.00 million. Under the new supplementary agreement executed on 24 August 2026 (after trading hours), the total consideration has been fixed at RMB105.72 million (tax inclusive).

The revised price represents an increase of RMB7.72 million, or approximately 7.88%, from the initial tentative figure while remaining below the previously stated ceiling. In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the transaction is classified as a discloseable transaction, requiring public announcement.

The board of directors is chaired by Dr. Liu Jiren, with Dr. Wen Tao serving as executive director and a mix of non-executive and independent non-executive directors providing oversight.
