7Road Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 October 2026, detailing share capital movements and confirming continued compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D public-float requirements.

The group’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000005 each, translating into total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Issued share capital also held steady at 2.508 billion shares, with no treasury shares on record. Nevertheless, the company repurchased 2.46 million shares between 7 September and 30 September 2026 that were pending cancellation as of month-end. These buybacks did not yet reduce the official issued share count.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity–linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month, and no new shares were issued.

Management confirmed the firm met the minimum 25% public-float threshold as of 30 September 2026. The return was signed by Executive Director Meng Shuqi.
