Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited (“Shanghai Growth”) reported that all resolutions tabled at its extraordinary general meeting on 20 May 2026 were passed by poll with full shareholder support.
The special resolution secured 6.92 million votes in favour (100.00%), clearing the way to rename the company “Eminence Capital Group Limited” and adopt the Chinese name “楠爵資本集團有限公司”, subject to approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.
An ordinary resolution to strengthen the capital base also received 6.92 million affirmative votes (100.00%). The measure raises authorised share capital to US$9.00 million, up from US$1.80 million, through the creation of 72.00 million additional shares with a par value of US$0.10 each—expanding the authorised share count five-fold to 90.00 million shares.
As of the meeting date, the company had 17.63 million issued shares, all eligible to vote; no shareholders were required to abstain or voted against any resolution. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the scrutineer for the poll.
The board currently consists of one executive director, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
