Techtronic Industries Repurchases 61,000 Shares on 2 Oct 2026, Bringing Cumulative Buy-Back Under 2026 Mandate to 4.77 Million

Techtronic Industries Company Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 61,000 ordinary shares on 2 October 2026. The buy-back, executed on-market, was completed at prices ranging from HKD 126.20 to HKD 128.60 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 127.65. The total consideration paid was approximately HKD 7.79 million.

Including six earlier transactions between 23 and 30 September 2026—each involving 88,000 shares—the company now holds 589,000 repurchased shares pending cancellation. This figure equates to roughly 0.03% of the 1.83 billion issued shares outstanding prior to the repurchases.

Under the share repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, Techtronic Industries is authorized to buy back up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 4.77 million shares have been repurchased, representing 0.26% of the shares outstanding at the mandate’s approval.

Despite the recent buy-backs, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.83 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled and no treasury shares are held.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals, lasting until 1 November 2026.
