Solomon Systech Confirms Stable Share Base and Public Float Compliance in September 2026 Monthly Return

Solomon Systech (International) Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, reporting no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 500.00 million, representing 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. Issued share capital was steady at 2.50 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Accordingly, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stayed at 2,497.75 million.

Solomon Systech confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25.00 percent.

Regarding equity-linked instruments, the only outstanding item is a tranche of 250,000 share options granted on 24 March 2023 under the 2013 Share Option Scheme, carrying an exercise price of HKD 0.546 per share. No options were exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in September, leaving the number of outstanding options unchanged. The filing reported no warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuing arrangements, and no movement in treasury shares.

The declaration was submitted by Company Secretary Jimmy Yu on 5 October 2026, affirming full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and all applicable regulatory requirements.
