Momentum Financial issues circular on new share and buy-back mandates, schedules AGM for 30 June 2026

Momentum Financial Holdings Limited announced that a bilingual circular dated 8 June 2026 and the accompanying proxy form are now available on both the company website (www.1152.com.hk) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular sets out four key proposals to be tabled at the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM): 1. Granting general mandates to issue new shares. 2. Granting general mandates to repurchase shares. 3. Re-electing directors. 4. Re-appointing the existing auditor.

The AGM is scheduled for 30 June 2026. Shareholders who wish to vote are advised to review the circular and submit the proxy form by the deadline stipulated in the document.

Registered shareholders who prefer to receive future corporate communications by email may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or via email to 1152-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Printed copies of all corporate communications remain available free of charge upon written request.
