ISDN Holdings announced on Aug, 24 2026 that it has issued approximately 2.125 million new ordinary shares under its scrip dividend scheme linked to the final dividend for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.
The new shares represent about 0.47% of the company’s previously outstanding share capital and raise the total number of issued shares to roughly 455.53 million from 453.40 million.
