Sundy Service Subsidiary Deploys RMB14.80 Million into Principal-Guaranteed Structured Deposit

Zhejiang Hechen Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd. (Sundy Service), signed a Structured Deposit Product Agreement with China Minsheng Bank on 30 June 2026, allocating RMB14.80 million of internal idle funds to the bank’s “Gathering-Win Series — Monthly Earnings Structured Deposit.”

The deposit is principal-guaranteed and carries a floating annualised yield of 0.80%–1.89%, linked to the AUD/NZD exchange rate. Each investment cycle spans 30 days starting 1 July 2026; upon maturity the funds roll over automatically unless withdrawn, and Zhejiang Hechen does not have an early-redemption option. China Minsheng Bank assigns the product its top internal risk rating (“1st Class – conservative”).

Management cited three considerations for the placement: 1) capital preservation through the principal guarantee; 2) a yield profile exceeding standard PRC commercial-bank deposit rates; and 3) minimal impact on group liquidity given the short tenor and use of idle cash.

Based on Hong Kong Listing Rules, the RMB14.80 million subscription exceeds the 5% but remains below the 25% percentage-ratio thresholds, classifying the deal as a discloseable transaction subject to reporting and announcement requirements under Chapter 14.
