ICO Group Issues Clarification on 2026 AGM Proxy Form, Corrects Wording of Ordinary Resolution 8

ICO Group Limited has released a clarification regarding a clerical error in the English version of its proxy form for the Annual General Meeting scheduled on 28 August 2026.

The company stated that Ordinary Resolution 8 should read: “To extend the general mandate granted to the Directors to allot, issue and deal with additional shares in the share capital of the Company by an amount not exceeding the amount of the shares repurchased by the Company.” The underlined phrase “by an amount not exceeding the amount of the shares repurchased by the Company” corrects the previous misprint.

All other details in the circular dated 24 July 2026, the notice of AGM, and the proxy form remain unchanged. ICO Group confirmed that it will not issue a revised proxy form; proxy forms already submitted will continue to be valid.

The clarification was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Lee Cheong Yuen on behalf of the Board, which currently comprises two executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
