Xiaomi Corporation disclosed two capital-market moves covering the period from 30 September to 2 October 2026:

1. New share issuance • On 30 September 2026, 107,800 Class B shares were issued pursuant to an employee share scheme at HKD 2.70 per share, adding 0.0004 % to the Class B share count. • Class B shares in issue rose to 21.37 billion as at 2 October 2026.

2. Share repurchase activity • On 2 October 2026, the company bought back 4.11 million Class B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 23.98 and HKD 24.26, spending HKD 99.24 million. • These shares are earmarked for cancellation. • Uncancelled shares repurchased between 21 July and 2 October 2026 total 46.09 million, equivalent to roughly 0.18 % of the 25.79 billion total shares outstanding at 29 September 2026 (Class A + Class B). • Under the general mandate granted on 2 June 2026, Xiaomi is authorised to repurchase up to 2.58 billion shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate stand at 129.71 million shares, representing 0.5 % of shares outstanding when the mandate was approved. • In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Xiaomi is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 1 November 2026 following the latest repurchase.

The dual actions—an immaterial share award issuance and ongoing buybacks—leave Xiaomi’s share capital largely unchanged while continuing management’s previously stated strategy of reducing share count through market repurchases.
