Hevol Services Group (HKG:6093) expects an attributable loss of between 57 million yuan and 67 million yuan for the year 2025, compared with an attributable profit of 54.4 million yuan a year prior, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the property management firm were up over 6% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The firm attributed the forecast to a lower gross profit margin, a higher provision for credit impairment of trade and other receivables, and one-off losses on the disposal of 51% stakes in Jiangsu Shenhua Times Property Group and Zhongshan Zhongzheng Property Management.
