ENM Holdings CEO to Retire in September

ENM Holdings (HKG:0128) Chief Executive Officer Penny Soh Peng Crosbie-Walsh will resign effective Sept. 1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Crosbie-Walsh is retiring to devote more time to her family and public service commitments.

Separately, the company said it will dissolve its corporate governance and investment committees effective Aug. 1 as part of efforts to streamline its governance structure.

The duties and responsibilities of both committees will be assumed by the board.
