Shanghai Electric Says Lawsuit Against Unit Withdrawn

Shanghai Electric Group (HKG:2727, SHA:601727) said a lawsuit initiated by Jiangsu Zhongli Group against unit Shanghai Electric Communication Technology has been withdrawn, a Thursday bourse filing showed.
Jiangsu Zhongli had, in October 2021, filed a case against the unit to request payment for goods worth an alleged outstanding amount of 545.1 million yuan. The claim was later withdrawn.
A new litigation, which has now been withdrawn, was then initiated for an amount of 544.3 million yuan in 2022.
